Arizona State Representative Kyrsten Sinema (D) declared on Fox News that Arizona’s Immigration law is not about racial profiling. The Representative went on to say she welcomes the Federal Government’s input on what rights the state has versus the Federal Government. Supposedly the lawsuit will clear the air on what Arizona is or is not allowed to do.
Yet President Obama has made it clear in various high profile speeches that the Arizona law is about racial profiling as he has suggested minorities should be scared and upset. It is apparent Obama has finally read the actual immigration law because he has quietly backed down from his prior position.
With all the controversy his speeches have made perhaps it’s time for him and Democrat Leaders to come clean regarding the law so there will no longer be any confusion in the public arena.
Should Obama publicly apologize for his comments?

What a switch… the States at one time were supreme; under the Constitution the Federal Government derives it’s powers from the people and the several States… not the other way around. It appears that Rep Sinema doesn’t understand how government power is divided between the people, states and federal government. Oh well… just another empty dress/suite and party hack, who might mean well… but whose comments and position, only lend support to extending more power to the federal government… The power to permit states to enforce their own laws is already vested in State Government.
Each State has the Constitutional right to defend it’s boarders… it’s sovereignty from foreign invasion. Until the Federal Government responds PROPERLY by defending a States Boarders… the State can do so, in its own interest. See: Article 1 Section 10 (War powers for States to defend their boarders from invasion) and Article 4 Section 4 of the US Constitution (Federal Government is to defend the States boarders/sovereignty).
Our Southern boarder States are routinely being invaded… accessed by Mexican citizens for illicit purposes… drug trafficking, and illegal entry… creating, domestic violence all along our Southern Boarders. The Mexican Government has a standing policy that teaches its citizens, that the South Western States are in fact Mexican territory, annexed illegally by the United States… This policy is taught in their public schools and the US Government is aware of this hostile position to our sovereignty.
As such, Mexico has demonstrated their hostile intent with regard to its ‘INVASION’ of US Territory and the US Government has every right to declare that a state of WAR exist along our boarders. UNLESS Mexico reverses it’s support and promotion of illegal entry and stops the criminal drug trafficking along their Norther Boarder and the US Boarder there exists a defacto state of invasion.
Boarders mean somethning… they establish the International demarcation lines between Nations and their LAWS. They delineate the demarcation of one governments rule and law from that of another and serve to regulate order and commerce between foreign powers. Without boarders the laws and practices acceptable between cultures and nations become confused and lead to chaos and disorder… open conflict and eventually war. It is time to enforce our boarders and to let Mexico know that enough is enough… Close the boarder until Mexico responds appropriately by enforcing ORDER along their Northern boarders. No more ignoring the underlying problem… the hostile intent of Mexico and her citizens with regard to the sovereignty of our South Western States.
P/S Obama has backed off?
WHY THEN HAS HE FILED A LAWSUIT against Arizona? Some people have a curious concept of backing down? Are you sure Obama has read the Law or was he simply briefed on the provisions of the Law? I doubt he took the time between his vacations, outing Israel and reading the latest Hamas propaganda rags.
